Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 15: An elderly Medical Camp at Ullas (Old Age Home) for Women, Attampahad under Directorate of Social Welfare, Sri Vijaya Puram was organised on 15/10/2024 in coordination with NP-NCD, National Health Mission, Directorate of Health Services, Sri Vijaya Puram was organised on 15/10/2024 in coordination with NP-NCD, National Health Mission DHS Sri Vijaya Puram.
The camp aimed to provide essential Health Screenings, Medical Consultations and Awareness on lifestyle diseases that primarily affect the elderly population.
The Health Screening Camp was done by Dr. Shiny Verghese MO, NP-NCD, Dr. Tripti Singh Saha, Dental Surgeon District Hospital Garacharama, Dr. Manisha Charan MO Mobile Health Unit DHS (SA), Dr. Robin Coommen, State Program Cordinator NP-NCD DHS, Ms Vasanti Optometrist District Hospital Garacharama, Ms C.Tamilarasi, Staff Nurse Mobile Health Unit, Ms Jaseena Kader, Physiotherapist, NHM SHS, Ms Hemlatha, Psychologist, G B Pant, Mr. Sujoy Dey, State consultant NO-NCD.
The program was also attended by Mrs. Zarina Bibi, CDPO ICDS Urban Project, and staffs of Ullas Old Age Home.
