Port Blair, Aug 08: The National President of the Indian National Trades Union Congress (Federation) Mr. Swaminath Jaiswal has appointed Mr. K.P Usman as its New State President for Andaman & Nicobar Unit.
Mr. TSG Bhasker, National Vice-President of INTUC (Federation), Former State President of INTUC (Federation) and Chairman, Campaign Committee, ANTCC congratulated Mr. K.P Usman for the new responsibility entrusted on him and honoured him with a Shawl.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. K.P Usman said that the top priority of INTUC (Federation) would be to go strong against the anti-labour policies and the move to disinvest the public sector undertakings by the Centre in A&N Islands.
