Port Blair, Jul 28: To carry out emergency repairs onboard the vehicle ferry vessel MV Pilopanja presently providing service between Chatham & Bambooflat will be withdrawn from service with effect from 28.07.2024 afternoon.
However, all out efforts are being made by this Directorate to rectify the defects and to resume the service of MV Pilopanja at the earliest on top priority. The commuters are hereby requested to cooperate with this Directorate. The inconvenience caused is regretted.
