Port Blair, Jul 24: India Tourism, Portblair, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India along with Andaman Association of Tour Operators and JNRM, Portblair organised a Heritage walk today morning.
The walk started from the Historic Cellular Jail and Ended at Andaman Club, Opp Netaji Stadium. The walk was organised as a part of Visit of World Heritage Committee to New Delhi to attend the 46th Convention of World Heritage Committee. The programme was attended By Mr. Ramakrishna, AD, India Tourism, Mr. M. Vinod, President, Aato, Members of Aato and Students of BBA Tourism, JNRM, Portblair
Mr. Vinod, briefed the students about the importance of the historical heritage sites and ask them to preserve our heritage. India’s Visionis to Developmentas well as heritage.
Mr. Vinod has expressed his gratitude towards the officials of A&N Police Department for their support during the Heritage Walk.
