Anjali Nag for their show of professional skills and legal acumen in the matter of Quashing of notification issued by the A&N Admn. increasing the circle rates in 2019.
“The Hon’ble High Court in its order dated 21.05.2024 has quashed the three Impugned notifications and also established that all land registration process would remain the same and in accordance to the rules as before issuance of the three Impugned notifications. This order of the Hon’ble High Court brings a great relief to all general Islanders,” a communication from AMSO said here.
