Port Blair, Feb 19: Opening of Rajiv Gandhi Memorial one day volleyball knockout tournament will be organised by Mr. Dharam Pal, Ex Nominated Councillor, PBMC on 23rd February, 2013 at 7.00 AM at Anarkali Ground which will be attended by Mr. Kuldeep Rai Shrma, President, PCC as Chief Guest.
