Port Blair, Mar 11: Mr. S. Boominathan,-Up-Adhyaksh, laid the foundation stone for construction of a compound wall at Ayyappan Temple, Hutbay under ZPSA costing Rs. 14.93 lakh by unveiling the plaque as Chief Guest on 09.03.2024. The Adhyaksh, ZPSA Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, who was to attend the programme as chief guest, couldn’t attend due to his pre- occupation. Other dignitaries present as special guests were Mr. Vasudevan Nair, ZPM, Pradhan of Netajinagar & Hutbay, members of PRIS and a large number of general public. The function was also attended by Tahsildar, BDO& SHO of Little Andaman. The Compound wall is a long pending demand of the pilgrims & general public of the area.
