Rangat, February 13: The staff of Composite Regional Centre (CRC), in collaboration with the Social Welfare Department, achieved remarkable success in conducting a Screening-Cum-Assessment Camp under the Assistance to Disabled Persons for Purchase/Fitting of Aids and Appliances (ADIP) scheme at the Rangat Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium in Rangat. The camp, aimed at identifying individuals in need of assistance and distributing necessary aids and appliances, was met with resounding success.
A total of 35 individuals benefitted from the comprehensive screening and assessment conducted during the camp. Furthermore, the team distributed 5 ADIP materials, ensuring that those in need received immediate assistance to enhance their quality of life.
Encouraged by the positive response and determined to extend support to more individuals in need, the CRC team is gearing up for another screening camp scheduled for tomorrow, February 14, 2024, at Mayabunder. This initiative aims to reach out to those who require aid and assistance to overcome challenges posed by disabilities.
We urge all those in need to participate in tomorrow’s camp at Mayabunder and avail themselves of the benefits offered under the ADIP scheme.”All individuals with disabilities, along with their families and caregivers, are encouraged to attend the screening camp at Mayabunder with required documents of Photos (2), Aadhaar copy, UDID copy and certificate for BPL (optional).
