Port Blair, Feb 12: Leading garments company Niva’s lifestyle has opened its outlet at Veer Savarkar International Airport Port Blair. The inauguration ceremony happened today at 11:00 am. Outlet has been inaugurated by Airport Director Mr. Devender Yadav.
The Airport Director said that the Master Concessioner of food & beverages is already in operation at Airport. 12 stalls of food & beverages are already opened and it includes brands KFC, Tealogy, Costa Coffee, Wango and Cafella etc and 5 more stalls of food & beverages will open soon in airport premises.
For retail shops, they have concluded the tendering process for 04 shops and they are in the tendering process for 11 shops. One of the premium leather brand Pavers England outlets has already started. Today they inaugurate the second retail outlet of Niva’s lifestyle. Airport Director wants to convey their best wishes to all the Concessioners and wishing for the grand success in their business. 02 more retail shops will be inaugurated soon after getting the statutory approvals.
The tendering process for advertisement and In Building Solution to boost mobile signals is at the conclusion stage. They are working on to frame the tenders for ATM, money exchange, lounge, massage and spa center, hotel reservation counter etc facilities.
With the advancement of state of the art ground and air navigation infrastructure, they have also planned to develop the commercial space at the airport for an exciting user experience for passengers. Also they had planned to establish VSI airport as one of the commercial hot spots in the region and a platform to generate commercial opportunities.
