Billyground, Jan 07: A KG II girl was injured when a Maruti Omni Regd. No. AN 01 C 8549 collided with a Motor Bike at Hospital Junction, Billyground this afternoon.
According to the eyewitness, the Motorcyclist was returning home from Saraswati Shishu Vidyalaya, Pinakinagar with his daughter Priyani Tirkey of KG II std, when suddenly an Omni, which was coming from Rangat area, collided with the bike. Surprisingly both persons on the bike survived miraculously with minor injuries and were immediately rushed to PHC Billyground.
Later, the Police team arrested the Omni Driver and brought him to PS Billyground.
