Port Blair, Feb 06: After capacity building of 30 trainers from different villages of A&N Islands in the residential training in tailoring designing cutting embroidery work and machine repairing arranged by UNNATI with the support of USHA International Ltd. for starting 30 silai schools in the respective residence of trainers or community place to impart training to interested individual as per their convenience and timing. Under the programme 600 individuals will be trained in a Spain of one year. Silai school started function at Tsunami Shelter Brookshabad, New Pahargoan, Garacharama , Lilypur, Shoalbay and arrangement has been made to start silai schools in all 30 villages by end of Feb. 2013.
