Port Blair, Dec 27: Mr. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Committee Member- BJP, met Adarniya Ramdas Athawale, Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India at Port Blair.
Mr. Vishal Jolly placed, highlighted and discussed two major issues of our Islands.
Mr. Jolly vehemently highlighted the bad condition of NH-4 and urged the Minister to take up this issue at the appropriate level for making it motorable.
Furthermore, the issue of powers of elected representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions and their genuine demands was also placed & discussed.
Expressing his positive mindset, the Minister has firmly assured that the issues raised by Mr. Jolly are reasonable and he would take up this matter at the appropriate level at the earliest.
