Port Blair, Nov 27: The Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association, Andaman & Nicobar Islands mourn the untimely demise of P.N.Shibu Kumar, Head Clerk, A & N Administration today (26.11.2023) at Chennai. He was 51 years old. He was associated with this Association and served as the Secretary of the Clerical Cadre branch for a long period. He was part of various programmes and movements organized by this Association and under his leadership several issues of Clerical cadre were taken up by the branch.
