Port Blair, Jan 23: The Lt. Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) Bhopinder Singh, PVSM, AVSM today led the Islanders in paying rich tributes to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on his birth anniversary. At a simple function held at the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose located at Marina Park Complex, the Lt Governor paid floral tributes to Netaji followed by the Chief Secretary and others.
