Port Blair, Sep 06: All the candidates who have applied for the post of Legal Metrology Officer in the Directorate of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs have been informed that the CBT Examination is scheduled to be held on 09/09/2023 at DBRAIT in assistance with C-DAC in two shifts i.e., 9 am to 11 am & 1pm to 3 pm.
All the Candidates have been requested to reach the Examination Centre two hours before the commencement of the Examination and bring Hall Ticket/Admit Card and two passport size photographs (same as uploaded while filling the online application form) as per instructions contained in the Admit Card.
Circuit Sitting at Port Blair from Sept. 15 to 22, 2023
Port Blair, Sep 06: Mr. Jayesh V. Bhairavia, Judicial Member & Mr. A. Majumdar, Administrative Member shall hold Circuit Sitting at Port Blair from Sept. 15 to 22, 2023 (both days inclusive). Further, another Division Bench comprising Mr. Jayesh V. Bhairavia, Judicial Member & Mr. S.K. Das, and Administrative Member shall hold Circuit Sitting at Port Blair from Sept. 25 to 29, 2023 (both days inclusive) to dispose of cases pending in the Court of Central Administrative Tribunal. Fresh applications will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases have been requested to contact the Government Pleader/Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared.
Heads of Department have also been requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader/Panel Advocates at the time of hearing.
