Port Blair, Aug 28: The Director of TSG Foundation, Mr. TSG Bhasker has conveyed his greetings and good wishes to all sports persons and enthusiasts of the country, in particular of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, on the occasion of National Sports Day. He also paid tributes to legendary Indian Hockey player Major Dhyan Chand on his birth anniversary.
“The sports persons of our Islands are shining in the world. Their perseverance has leapfrogged India into the global league of recognition and excellence. May this trend continue and may our sportsperson gain popularity across the world,” said Mr. Bhasker.
