Port Blair, Jan 11: The birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda will be observed as National Youth Day on January 12, 2013. To mark the occasion the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, A&N Administration in association with Department of Art & Culture, Education, JNRM, TGCE, BRAIT, NYK and Ramakrishna Mission will be organizing a Youth rally on the day, which will start from Netaji Stadium at 7.00 am and culminate at the statue of Swami Vivekananda in the JNRM premises.
The rally will be followed by the main function, which will be organized at 08.30 am near the statue of Swami Vivekananda in the JNRM premises in which the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration will be the chief guest.
