Port Blair, Aug 11: Akashvani Port Blair will broadcast President Mrs. Draupadi Murmu’s address to the Nation on the eve of Independence Day at 7 pm on 14th August 2023.
Akashvani Port Blair will broadcast LIVE on 15th August 2023 from 7.05 am onwards the Flag Hoisting Ceremony and Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s address to the Nation from Red Fort, New Delhi.
From 8.50 am onwards there will be a direct relay of the Flag Hoisting Ceremony and address to the Islanders by Lieutenant Governor Admiral D.K.Joshi from Netaji Stadium. The Commentators will be Mr. Zakir Hussain, Sr. Gr. Announcer, Ms. Devki Domnica Lakra & Mrs. Sonia Kumari.
