Port Blair, Aug 10: Mr. L.K.S Chauhan, Executive Director & State Head, West Bengal State Office, Indian Oil today inaugurated a state of the art CFA for lubes at marine Hill, Port Blair in the presence of Capt. Atul K Singh, Director of Shipping Services, A&N Islands and Mr. Tapas Bishayi, State Lube Head, WBSO and other senior officials from Indian Oil & Channel Partners and Customers.
The facility inaugurated has a capacity of 150 MT storage and is managed by integrated warehouse management software and completely automated and mechanized.
In his address the Executive Director emphasized the commitment of IOCL to the islands and with this objective the facility has been created to ensure timely availability of lubricants to all the customers which includes civil and defense as well. He also congratulated the CFA Mr. Mohammed Jadwet, Director of Jadwet Trading Co Pvt. Ltd who has been appointed as the CFA.
