Port Blair, July 21: On 21/07/2023 Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman has meet with DGP A & N Islands to discuss various issues related to Zilla Parishad, South Andaman. Besides, Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman has raised the issue related to traffic in South Andaman since casualties in road accident has enhanced considerably rather rapidly which is a matter of deep concern. Adhyaksh has expressed his unhappiness with regard to the increase in drug smuggling in the entire south Andaman wherein it was found that youths are getting involved in such illegal activity which needs to take strict action against drugs smugglers, they must be treated as anti-social elements of the society. Further, discussed the issue related to verification of pass port should be streamline.
