Port Blair, June 21: Like every year ‘Biswas Organization for Social Service’, Shantanu, N & M Andaman has organized a Felicitation Ceremony for the students who secured 75 percent marks in class -X and 80 percent marks in class -XII for all the secondary and senior secondary schools in Kadamtala Zone, in which Mr. Subrata Basu, Adhyaksh N & M Andaman was the Chief.
Mrs. Neela Parh, Pradhan, GP Kadamtala was the Guest of honor and Mr. Abdul Rahman, SHO, police station Kadamtala was the special guest on the occasion. 07 students for the year 2023 and 02 social workers were felicitated in the programme. In the programme Mr. Basu has declared to donate his one month salary for the developmental work of the organization. The number of participants in the ceremony was 120. Earlier the programme was welcomed by Mrs. Monisha Biswas Treasurer of the organization and the vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Ashish Kumar Mazumdar, President of the organization.
