Port Blair, Apr 04: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands deeply mourned the sad demise of Mrs. Kiran Kumari, aged 91 years, wife of late Mr. Paras Ram, resident of Aberdeen Village who breathed her last in forenoon of 07.04.2023 at G B Pant Hospital.
The Member of Parliament said that the Islanders shall ever remember her as a noted journalist, social worker and above all as a freedom fighter who participated in the Island’s struggle for Indian Independence by becoming a member of Women’s Wing of Indian Independence League at an early age of 12 years.
