Port Blair, Apr 09: The Congress Campaign Committee Chairman, A&N Islands Mr. TSG Bhasker on Saturday highlighted the problems faced by Ranchi Community peoples of Ram Nagar Ward no. 3, Diglipur due to unavailability of proper roads in their area.
In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Mr. Bhasker stated that the Ranchi Community people have been residing in Ram Nagar, Ward no. 3 for ages and are very much downtrodden. He said that the villagers of Ramnagar have been consistently demanding for proper roads but their demands were left unheard from a very long time.
He requested the Chief Secretary to direct the concerned authorities to immediately sanction the fund for construction of proper roads in Ram Nagar, Ward no. 3, Diglipur.
