Port Blair, Mar 29: The Indira Gandhi National Open University 36th Convocation will be held on 03rd April, 2023 at JNRM Lecture Gallery, Port Blair. Interested Learners who have paid an online fee and are interested to receive a degree in person are advised to register their name at Regional Centre Port Blair on or before 31st March 2023 and collect convocation scarves by paying a refundable deposit of Rs.200/-. A communication from the Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair said.
