Port Blair, Mar 14: During NPDRR Workshop on 11 March 2023, the National Disaster Alert Portal & Mobile App of “CAP based Integrated Alert System” (Sachet) has been launched for receiving early warnings/alerts related to disasters being disseminated by Alert Generating agencies/SDMAs viz NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority), IMD (Indian Meteorological Department) , CWC (Central Water Commission) , INCOIS (Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services), FSI (Forest Survey of India) and DGRI of DRDO over CAP Platform. The android & iOS version of Mobile App (Sachet) is available on Google Play & Apple App Store respectively.
