Port Blair, Feb 19: The NCC ‘C’ Certificate examination for cadets of Army and Naval NCC units of A&N islands was conducted on 19th Feb at Khalsa Public Senior Secondary School Port Blair On 18th February, the practical examination was conducted at the unit premises in which the cadets were evaluated on the aspects of drill, map reading, weapon handling, communication, semaphore and seamanship.
The written examination consisted of both common subjects and Army/Navy specific questions. Col V Divakaran, CO 1 Armd Sqn NCC Chennai was the Presiding Officer for conduct of examinations at Port Blair.
Lt Col Pankaj Modgil NCC expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Principal and the entire staff of Khalsa Public School for all the support rendered to the units for conduct of ‘C’ certificate examination. During the examination Lt Cdr Ankit Pant, Caretakers and PI Staff of both the units were present.
