Diglipur, Feb 13: In a surprising political turn of events, the no-confidence motion that was submitted against the current Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat Naveen Nagar on 1st Feb 2023, has now been withdrawn.
According to reliable sources, the no-confidence motion was submitted by seven Ward Members of the Gram Panchayat Naveen Nagar to the Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Diglipur. The Gram Panchayat consists of 11 members, with 07 from the Indian National Congress, 01 Independent, 02 from the Bharatiya Janata Party, and one post currently unfilled.
However, all seven members have now taken back their step against the Pradhan and have submitted a letter of withdrawal of the no-confidence motion against Smti. V. Boopathi Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Diglipur, to the Director of the Directorate of RD, PRIs, and ULBs.
