Port Blair, Dec 18: Mr. Naresh Chander Lal’s documentary film ‘Runway on the Sea’ on India’s first commercial sea plane will be telecast by DD National channel on 21st December 2012 (Friday) at 11 a.m. The documentary film was produced and directed by Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, under the banner of Island Films.
