Port Blair, Dec 30: Dr. Himanshu Kumar Bose, Registrar, Student Registration Division (SRD), IGNOU, New Delhi paid a courtesy visit to Regional Centre Port Blair on 30th December, 2022 and interacted with staff. In his address Dr. Himanshu Kumar Bose informed the gathering that the admission cycle of January, 2023 has already been announced and hopeful that like last year, this year too IGNOU will experience exponential growth in admission. Further he stated and exhorted that IGNOU has the mandate to be a world largest University to offer ODL and Online courses. Dr. Himanshu Kumar Bose, Registrar, SRD, IGNOU attended all the queries of the staff and was motivated to work tirelessly for the overall growth of the university. Earlier Dr.RVR Murthy, Regional Director, RC, Port Blair welcomed the Guest and appraised about the activities of Regional Centre, Port Blair.
