Port Blair, Dec 30: Dr. Bharati Pawar, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India, visited the BJP, Headquarters at Middle Point, yesterday evening and interacted with Office Bearers, Elected Representatives and Party workers.
Minister listened to the grievances raised by party workers with regards to the Health Sector.
The Minister also met representatives from Organizations related to the Health Department.
The meeting began with a welcome address by Mr. M. Vinod, State Vice President, BJP, after which Mr. K. Ram Das, State General Secretary of the party, presented a representation with regards to re-introduction of Anishi Scheme in our Islands.
Dr Bharati Pawar, Minister after listening to all the points raised at the meeting, addressed the party workers and assured to look into each and every issue raised by party leaders at the earliest.
The programme of Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare at BJP office was coordinated by Mr. M. Vinod, State Vice President and State In charge for the programme along with Dr. R. Dev Das, State Secretary and Co Incharge of the programme.
