Port Blair, Nov 11: ANTCC President, Chairman-Campaign Committee and State President NSUIexpress their gratitude’s towards the Secretary Education in solving theissues of JNRM Girls Hostellers*
Many girls hostellers of JNRM college had visited Congress Party office andexpress their grievances regarding the functioning of the hostel in frontof Pradesh Congress Committee President Mr. Rangalal Halder ,CampaignCommittee Chairman Mr.TSG Bhaskar,National Students Union of India (NSUI)State President Mr.M.A.Sajid and City Congress Committee President MohdZubair.
The Congress President gave a patient hearing and instructedMr. M.A.Sajid, State President of NSUI to verify the factual Position.
After Verifying the factual position the PCC President along with NSUIState President and City Congress Committee President met with PrincipalJNRM and raised the issues of the students.
However the Principal was not responsive and failed to give any commitment,this forced the PCC President to organize a Dharna in front of the college,under the leadership of Mr. M.A. Sajid State President of NSUI.
Further to this, The Secretary Education Mrs.Veddika Reddy IAS had metwith the Students Delegation along with Mr.M.A.Sajid. The State President OfNSUI in her office and The Secretary Education immediate directions insolving the issues being faced by the Girls Hostellers of JNRM.
The PCC President, Chairman Campaign Committee,NSUI State President andall the Girls Hostellers of JNRM would like to thank Mrs.Veddika ReddyIAS for her express decision making.
