Port Blair, Nov 10: A brilliant student Master Neeraj Ram, S/o Mr. Manoj Ram, R/o Ramnagar, Bakultala, Middle Andaman from a poor financial background, hailing from Chota Nagpuri Ranchi Hindu Community secured 82% in NEET and selected in MBBS course in ANIIMS, Port Blair.
This news made every Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram Karyakartas cheerful because of the hard work of Neeraj Ram paid off and the efforts of Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram became fruitful. Neeraj Ram resides near Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram Bakultala and Ms. Jyothi Shetye, Karyakarta of Kalyan Ashram helped him for studies, when she saw his dedication towards studies.
He has pursued his studies from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Panchawati, Middle Andaman and thereafter from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Rangat, Middle Andaman.He has completed his Matriculation with securing 96% marks and during his IXth Standard he was called for “Young Scientist Programme- 2019” by ISRO Trivandrum, Kerala. Seeing this Ms. Jyothi Shetye worker of Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram Bakultala has decided and taken initiative to assist him for further higher studies and sent him Gita Niketan Awasiya Vidyalaya, Vidya Bharti, Kurukshetra, Harayana with the recommendations of Mr. Atul Jog, National Organising Secretary, Akhil BharatiyaVanvasi Kalyan Ashram (ABVKA). From there he completed his XIIth standard with 93% marks and later cleared NEET and is now admitted in MBBS course in ANIIMS.
