Port Blair, Sept. 13: One COVID positive case has been detected today in A&N Islands.Today, 11flights with 1830passengers arrived, out of which,1699passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on87passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 18passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 8passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 9passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus, nopositive case has been detected.
