Port Blair, Dec 02: Call it a bad luck or fate, Mr. Yameen Md. Murtaza, who retired from the post of Superintendent Engineer of Electricity Department received Charge Sheet on his retirement day, Nov 30, 2012. According to highly placed sources, the Charge Sheet was handed over to him at late evening, when he was waiting for his extension letter in his chamber of Bidhyut Bhawan.
