Port Blair, May 10: A patient name Mr. Vivek Singh met with an accident on 12th March 2022 and suffered major head injuries. Initially, the patient was treated in Mainland. His mother Mrs. Sharmila Bhattacharya spent all her money for the initial treatment.
Currently, after a Brain Scan doctors informed the family that Mr. Vivek has developed further complications in his brain i.e., extending Parenchymal pneumocephalus/ Sphenoid bone. Due to the non-availability of a Neuro Surgeon in GB Pant Hospital, the Medical Superintendent has referred him to the mainland on 29th April 2022 for further treatment.
Under such challenging circumstances, Mrs. Sharmila, the patient’s mother has left with a dearth of finance for the treatment. Therefore, Andaman Sheekha requests all the kind hearted Islanders to contribute any possible monetary aid for the treatment of Mr. Vivek Singh as soon as possible, so that he can get necessary treatment as soon as possible.
