Port Blair, Mar. 28: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,09,840 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 23,329beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18yrs and 8134beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 12 to 14yrs.The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 10019.
A total of 985eligible beneficiaries were vaccinated in A&N Islands. 716eligible beneficiaries were vaccinated in South Andaman District, out of which,551beneficiaries were in the age group of 12-14years,4beneficiaries were in the age group of 18-44 years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 90.
251 beneficiaries were vaccinatedin North & Middle Andaman District,out of which, 218beneficiaries were in the age group of 12-14yearsand the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 28.
18 beneficiaries in the age group of 12-14years were vaccinatedin Nicobar District.
