Port Blair, Mar 17: A Musical Evening titled “Meri Awaaz Hi Pahechaan Hai” organized by Jhumurr Socio-Cultural Society, Port Blair along with the Leader Group, A & N Islands on 19th March 2022 at TSG Emerald, Port Blair as a Tribute to the inimitable Legend, Bharat Ratna – Lata Mangeshkar.
The show was conducted for invitees, in association with TSG Hotels & Resorts, A&N Islands, a communication from the General Secretary of the Society said.
The programme was based on several evergreen duets of Lataji with various Male Co-singers of different generations. Presentation of golden melodies/ solo songs in part, to focus on the exceptionally long and extremely successful singing career of the ‘Nightingale of India’ over 75 years. The show was presented under the Concept & Direction of Mr. Ashees Poddar.
