Port Blair, Mar 13: Rotary Club of Port Blair organized a Commemorative Programme on International Women’s Day 2022 on 12th March 2022 at TSG Emerald View, Port Glair. Dr. Rashida Iqbal, Asst Director, Department of Art and Culture, Dr. Ritika Gupta and Ms. Tanaz Noble were felicitated as Women Achievers in their fields.
A lively Panel Discussion followed on the “Eradication of Gender Bias: The Journey so far & The Roadmap Ahead”.
The Panelists were Ms. Anjali Nag, Senior Advocate, Dr. Poonam Arora, Former Chairperson, A&N Social Welfare Advisory Board, Ms. Mau Chaudhuri, General Manager, Peerless Sarovar Portico, Port Blair and Dr. Priya Shanmugam, Pathologist GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair. The programe was moderated by Rtn Abhijit Agarwal, Former President Rotary Club of Port Blair.
