I wish all the specially-abled people a bright and happy future on International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Every country observes the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3 every year in order to protect the rights and interests of persons with disabilities.
On this day I extend my congratulations to all the specially-abled people across Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
International Day of Persons with Disabilities is a time to celebrate the contributions that people with disabilities make to our Islands and our country. It is also an opportunity to learn about what we can do so that everyone is able to fully participate in our communities and workplaces without barriers.
