Port Blair, Aug 18: The School of Extension and Development Studies of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a new programme- Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Welfare (PGDAW). The one year Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Welfare is offered in English medium, Fees Rs. 5400/- consists of 4 courses namely Animal Welfare Science and Ethics, Animal Welfare Issues, Animal Welfare Laws, Policies and Organizations and Animal Welfare Practices, Economics and Livelihood. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University are eligible for the programme.
The PGDAW programme is activated at Regional Centre, Port Blair. The Admissions are going now for July 2021 session both online and offline mode.
