Port Blair, Nov. O4: the Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Union will organize a function in connection with the opening of a Training Centre for Tailoring and Fashion Designing (in association with NABARD) at Guptapara Panchayat Hall, South Andaman on Wednesday, the 07th November, 2012 at 10.30 AM – which will be inaugurated by Mr. Anand Prakash, IAS, Chief Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration as the Chief Guest of the function.
