Port Blair, Jan 30: Mr. R Mohan the President of BJP’s A & N State Unit today urged the Lt. Governor and the Chief Secretary to consider certificates of participation for each of the students including their trainers, who participated in Beating Retreat Culture Programme. BJP appreciated the Beating Retreat Programme and appreciated the efforts of students.
