Port Blair, Apr 30: A COVID -19 awareness drive was conducted at Mohanpura STS Bus stand and Mohanpura market.
REVIVE members gave details about COVID appropriate behavior such as washing hands, importance of wearing masks and social distancing. They also motivated people to get vaccinated. The police personnel provided information regarding COVID protocols.
Masks were distributed, sanitization drive was conducted at fish market, STS bus terminus. Nearly 100 passengers and more than 50 fishermen and local vendors were oriented about the importance of wearing masks and social distancing.
The drive was supported by SHO, Police Station, Aberdeen Bazaar under the supervision of SP, SA and ASP, SA.
