Port Blair, Oct 25: The Directorate of IP&T has selected 09 unemployed youths from these Islands to undergo training at National Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management (NITHM) at Hyderabad in the trade of Food Production. The selected candidates left Port Blair on 25/10/2012 by M.V. Swaraj Deep, on arrival of the ship at Chennai the DRC, Chennai will make further arrangement for their onward journey to Hyderabad. This is a free training course arranged by Govt. of India under the scheme “Hunar se Rozgar”.
The details of the selected candidates are Mr. M. Tej Kumar Topno- Shoal Bay-8; Mr. Mukesh Soreng -Shoal Bay-8; Miss Anitha Bai – Betapur, Rangat; Mr. Navin Kumar- Kadakachang, S/Andaman; Mr. David Bara- Kadakachang, S/Andaman; Mr. Vivek Lakra- Kadakachang, S/Andaman; Mr. Vijay Kumar- Shoal Bay-8; Mr. Y. Gyana Deepam- Shore Point, S/Andaman and Miss. Karmella Kandolna – Betapur, Rangat.
The duration of the training is 45 days and commences from 1st November, 2012 to 21st December, 2012.
