Port Blair, Mar 25: The District Level Centre for Women (DLCW), under District Administration, South Andaman and State Resource Centre for Women (SRCW) under Directorate of Social Welfare in collaboration with Directorate of Health Service will be organizing an Awareness cum Enrollment Campaign on all cash benefit women centric schemes like Pradhan Mantri MatruVandana Yojana, Dulari Scheme, Janani Suraksha Yojana, Old Age Pension, Widow Pension etc. at Community Hall Wandoor on 31st March from 10:30 am onwards.
Since Wandoor Panchayat was identified with low enrollment rate of the above mentioned schemes based on the study conducted by SRCW on eight different Panchayats in the month of November-December 2020, this campaign will focus on identifying and enrolling the beneficiaries under each schemes to enhance their socio-economic status.
All the stakeholders and beneficiaries of the concerned area are hereby requested to attend the campaign in order to acquire detailed information of the scheme and get themselvesenrolled to avail benefits during the campaign.
