Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands wishes the Islanders a Very Happy New Year 2021. Shri. Ajoy Bairagi prays for the good health and prosperity of all the Islanders of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
He has appealed to each and everyone to follow all the COVID-19 protocols during the new year celebrations to save themselves and their families from the deadly COVID-19 infection. He has further requested everyone to cover their faces while in public and also to maintain at-least 6 feet of distance between one another to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
“2020 taught us many new things. The year started with a bang but brought the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic with it. Most of this year we were locked in our homes, we only went out only to procure important supplies and for important works. This year we have also lost much in terms of human lives and also economically. I hope that the year 2021 is a year where we move towards recovery. I hope this year the world sees the end of the COVID-19 pandemic and we are able to live our lives normally, celebrate all festivals together and move ahead together as a country. I wish you a very Happy New Year 2021” said Shri. Ajoy Bairagi.
