Port Blair, September 8: Along with the take off of unlock-4 , final year/semester exams are also at the corner. As it is scheduled, that the exams will be commencing from 14th September 2020 which will last up to the end of this month, requests were made for the necessary arrangements for the students arriving.
In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, Port Blair, Mr. Udhaya Kumar, Chairperson, PBMC, expressed his gratitude for the extension of the admission dates of the colleges and institutions in the islands. In the letter, he further requested to ensure that no difficulty is faced by the students arriving from the far flung islands. “It is a request to issue necessary directions to the officials concerned to provide accommodation and food at the respective hostels which will be of great help for the students who will be attending the examinations and will further ease out the burden of the students as well” he wrote in his letter.
