Port Blair, Sep 24: The state Level Special Olympics Sports Meet from 30th September to 2nd October 2012 at Port Blair for intellectually challenged people above 8 years of age organized by the Special Olympics Bharat will be inaugurated by the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Mr Anand Prakash, IAS on 1st October, 2012 at 9.30 AM in the Netaji Stadium, Port Blair.
Eligible applicants are requested to contact Mr. S.Murugesan and Neeta Agrawal on mobile number 9933247579 , 9679599887 to register their names before 25th September, 2012 with complete details and report latest by 29th September 2012 evening at Port Blair. A valid disability certificate from Medical Board has to be produced at the time of reporting.
Accommodation, boarding, lodging and ship fare (bunk class to and fro) would be provided to inter island participants and one escort. Those sports persons who are participating from far flung island shall report at the Netaji Stadium on 30th September and sports persons from South Andaman District shall report at the Stadium on 1st October.
