Port Blair, July 26: After Andaman Sheekha reported the sufferings of Cops, who completed their tenure but were still waiting for their transfer since months, the Police Department swung into action and within a week, the Department transferred all the cops waiting for their transfer from remote areas of the Andaman Nicobar Islands.
As per reports, the list was released on Saturday evening, in which, reshuffling of around 400 cops was mentioned, among them many were waiting for their transfer back from Nicobar Group of Islands.
All the cops waiting for their transfer from the remote Islands have expressed their gratitude to their seniors for doing the needful.
