Kadamtala, July 15: An eight year old boy of Shantanu Village, Kadamtala today died after accidently falling inside a ditch infront of his house. It is learnt that the ditch gets covered with water after rain and it is nearly 3 feet deep. As per report the boy was playing with his sister infront of his house this afternoon after lunch when this accident happened. When reported, neighbours brought the boy out of the ditch and took him to nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
